Jaime and I made the most amazing pizzas!
One was garlic, ricotta and spinach
The other was mozzarella, parmesan, garlic and mushrooms
Gorgeous crust
Simmer the shrooms
Assemble the second pizza
Just look at that....
Simmer in olive oil, salt and pepper until browned
And into the oven they go!
We had some leftover raspberries, so we decided to make a vinaigrette for our salad
It was heavenly!

Ta da! Just plain deliciousness.
This meal was divine!
I rarely measure when I cook, but here is a recipe to refer to when making your own vinaigrette.
Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe:
- 1 1/3 cups fresh raspberries or thawed frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons course ground mustard
- spinach leaves
